How is our DMARC assessment performed

Ceeyu assesses the presence of DMARC by querying the DNS system for your domain and by verifying if the DMARC record is present.

We also verify if none of the below issues are present:

  • Whether a DMARC policy has been defined, and if so,
  • Whether the P tag is set to “none”, “quarantine”, or “reject” whereby “reject” provides the best possible security, hence results in the best rating.
